Assembly Linstructions:

Plastic Spiral Guard can easily be applied after hose assembly because of its spiral form. Place one end of completed hose assembly in a vice. Wrap coil onto hose.  

This will keep the Spiral Guard in place on the hose. The Spiral Guard expands to fit the hose or hose bundle. Allow extra length of Spiral Guard to allow for this expansion.

     During the work, your hydraulic hose may gaet hurt by many factors. For example, the high temperature in the workshop will cause the hose age. Besides, if the hydraulic hose is close to sharp sustance, it will be broken and then fail. What's more, the hose will wear with other machines. After a long time, it will fail. On such occasions, a spiral guard will be the best assistant. With such a spiral hose protector, you can avoid all the above problems. Then prolong the service life. So that you can save much budget.
