Elasticity:No cracking detachment of coating shall be visible after 3 hours at 200ºC ±2ºC

While it can't be burned even at pure oxygen. After the organic rubber solidify, it becomes more safe and eco-friendly. Thus it can effectively protect the operators and keep them healthy. Then reduce the occupational disease. Unlike asbestos has huge damage to human.

2.Excellent high temp resistant
In the organic silicone structure, there are both organic gene and inorganic structure. It makes the sleeve integrates the functions of both organic and inorganic matters. While the most obvious is the temp resistance. The chemical bond of molecular will not crack at high temp. Besides high temp, organic silica can also bear low temp. Thus it can work at a wide temp range. No matter chemical or mechanical property, the change is small with temp changes.

3.Splash resistant
In metal industry, the medium temp in the stove is very high. Thus it's easy to splash. So as the welding. After cooling, it becomes slag on pipe or wire. Then it makes the rubber cover harden. Last, cause it brittle and fail. Finally, it will destroy the hose or wire. Silicone coated sleeve offers multi protection. The extreme temp reaches 1300ºC. Besides, it can prevent the splash of iron, copper and other slags.

4.Heat preservation
In high temp workshops, the inner temp is very high for some pipes and valves. Without a cover, it may cause heat loss and people hurt.
