Q1. What are your terms of payment?

A: We require a T/T payment of 30% in advance, with the remaining balance to be settled upon presentation of the Bill of Lading (BL) copy.

Q2. What terms of delivery do you offer?
A: We offer flexible delivery terms, including FOB, CIF, EXW, and CFR, tailored to meet your specific needs.

Q3. What is your typical delivery time?
A: Generally, it takes about 15 days for a 20-foot container (1x20'GP) and 25 days for a 40-foot container (1x40'GP). However, the exact delivery time may vary depending on the items and the quantity ordered.

Q4. What is your Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ)?
A: Our standard MOQ is usually 500 meters per size. We do accept trial orders, but please note that additional packing and operating costs may be incurred if the shipment is delivered in Less than Container Load (LCL) format.

Q5. Do you perform tests on all your goods before delivery?
A: Absolutely, we conduct rigorous testing, including a 100% burst pressure test and impulse tests, on all goods prior to delivery to ensure top-notch quality.
