Q1. What are your payment terms?
A: We accept T/T with 30% in advance and the balance upon receipt of the copy of the Bill of Lading.

A: We offer FOB, CIF, EXW, CFR, and other delivery terms.
Q3. What is your delivery time?
A: Our standard delivery time is 15 days for a 1x20'GP and 25 days for a 1x40'GP. The specific delivery time may vary based on the items and quantity ordered.
Q4. What is your Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ)?
A: Our usual MOQ is 500 meters per size, and we also accept trial orders. Additional packing and operating costs may apply for LCL shipments.
Q5. Do you test all your products before delivery?
A: Yes, we conduct 100% burst pressure tests and impulse tests on all our products before delivery.
